At WFI, I started as an SDR, then grew into ops as my ICP targeting improved and my playbooks hit their goals. I realized the most significant impact was in the gaps between departments, not just my own work, so I began owning cross-team processes and RevOps projects in targeting, data, collateral, and agency coordination.

At Rhino Eco, I hunted for US prospects for a solar financing platform. I owned the whole path from initial outreach through onboarding to ensuring their customers actually used our financing. Working in an early-stage setup with a pipeline in shared sheets taught me that if you cannot describe your process, it is probably working against you, so I pushed for clear stages, consistent tracking, and early red flags, my first real step toward a systems mindset.

At Craft.io, I consistently hit quota while working with product managers who live prioritization. My favorite part was seeing how they cut through noise to decide what really matters, so I began treating my own work like a PM, which led me to study analytics and lean toward a RevOps role.
